Pauline has trained in biophysics and during her PhD, she quantified the mechanical properties of isolated plant cells under Atef Asnacios supervision in MSC. She pursued her research work focusing on the plant cell responses to mechanical stimulations as a postdoc in Elliot Meyerowitz laboratory at Caltech and at the Sainsbury laboratory in the University of Cambridge. She recently joined Matière et Systèmes Complexes laboratory where she develops quantitative tools for studying mechanotransduction in single plant cells.
